Regional Property Maintenance Ltd is a small yet growing construction maintenance business that completes works for various clients and customers in the residential, commercial, local authority, house build and insurance sectors. We pride ourselves on the service we offer our clients, and the high quality of works that we complete.
Due to continuous growth, we have multiple vacancies available for Multi-Skilled Trade Technicians to join our team. You will be an integral member of the business, working regionally in residential, corporate and commercial properties, completing maintenance, repairs and refurbishments to a high standard.
As a Multi-Skilled Trade Technician, you will be part of a business that values its people and you’ll be working within a team that will provide support and training as needed.

You’ll be employed on a permanent contract, working 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4:30pm and Friday 8am to 3:30pm (flexibility will be required to meet business and customer needs, including occasional evening / weekend work).

In order to be considered, you must also have a full UK driving licence and possess your own hand tools.
Customer service skills are essential as you will be working in occupied properties, and we pride ourselves on cleanliness and professionalism.
