Inbound Sales Executive (B2C)

Gamlins Law is North Wales’ leading law firm for commercial and personal legal services. Our 75-strong team operates from 6 offices across the region, and we see ourselves as trusted advisors to all our corporate and private clients, whether we are preparing a will, buying a home for them, handling a multi-million-pound medical negligence claim or helping them to sell their company.

We have a newly created position for an experienced Sales Executive to join the team within our exceptionally busy Residential and Conveyancing Department, in a role which will enable us to enter our next stage of growth.

What will this role of Sales Executive entail?

Based at our head office in Rhyl, North Wales, as the Sales Executive you will act as the first point of contact for all inbound residential and conveyancing enquiries across all of our six offices.

You will benefit from comprehensive training of all our services and the department which will enable you to answer the telephone professionally and give you the confidence to explain to the consumer why they should appoint us, clearly articulating the value and quality of our service.

Once you have dealt with the initial enquiry, you will then proceed to provide a quotation to the consumer based on their request. Once the quotation has been agreed, you will distribute the case to the relevant office and the most suitable Solicitor, keeping accurate records and information about the sales process, from initial enquiry through to handover.

We are also in the process of developing our Gamlins Hub website in order to include lead generation functionality, which would enable a consumer to submit a request for quotation by email.

This role will be key in enabling our Residential and Conveyancing Department to grow into its next phase of growth, and there is scope for you to develop into a Business Development Manager role, where you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in more proactive sales initiatives, such as visiting local estate agencies to nurture and develop excellent referral relationships.

What will I need in order to be considered for this Sales Executive role?

  • A foundation of experience working in phone based B2C sales within a professional environment
  • Excellent telephone skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Superb organisational and record keeping skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • IT literacy including good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

You will work from the company offices in Rhyl and will be employed on a permanent contract working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
