Shift Production Manager (FMCG) – Food Production (Immediate Start Available)
Due to an increase in demand, Meridian Foods have multiple permanent contract opportunities for Shift Production Managers to join our growing Food Production team, with roles available to work on either fixed day shifts or fixed night shifts.

The Shift Production Manager (Food Production) Role
Reporting to the Site and Engineering Manager, as a Shift Production Manager you’ll be responsible for the day to day running of the production lines, ensuring they run in the most effective way with minimal downtime, while maintaining a safe working environment for all staff. What will I need in order to be considered for this Shift Production Manager (Food Production) role?
Although not essential, some previous experience and / or knowledge of food safety standards, auditing and HACCP would be useful.
What will I receive in return?
As a Shift Production Manager, you’ll receive a salary within the region of £28,000 to £32,000 with the level dependent on experience, plus contributory pension scheme and free on-site parking.
