Land Manager / Development Opportunities Manager (Housing / Construction)
Partly home based, with travel required across North Wales. Ability to speak and write in fluent Welsh is essential.
Grŵp Cynefin is the only housing association with homes in each of the six counties of North Wales and North Powys. We own and manage nearly 4,000 homes, including extra care housing schemes for older people. The Land Manager / Development Opportunities Manager role
Reporting to the Regeneration Services Director, as the Development Opportunities Manager you’ll play a key role in delivering our growth strategy target for development, identifying and developing new opportunities for housing, finding new sites, and working with our Development Managers, our Affordable Homes Manager and with partners / developers to secure and deliver ambitious schemes.

As a Development Opportunities Manager, you’ll receive:
You’ll be employed on a permanent contract, working 35 hours per week within Monday to Friday. Flexibility will be required to meet work demands, to include occasional evening and weekend work.
Location: Partly home based however the postholder will be expected to travel across the North Wales area and to work from Grŵp Cynefin offices as necessary.
