Our client base has grown predominantly through referrals, now, we are keen to bring our brands to a wider audience through a new enhanced digital marketing strategy supporting customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, hence the newly created role.

The Role – Content Marketing Executive

Utilising your natural ability to write compelling digital content and deliver effective digital marketing strategies, as the Content Marketing Executive you’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing to fuel our ambitious growth plans, taking ownership of a wide variety of communications and marketing activities focused on generating inbound enquiries from HR professionals and business leaders, which will include:

• Generating regular content for our websites, social media channels, email marketing, brochures and other sales collateral which is consistent with the overall marketing strategy
• Reporting on the outcomes of marketing campaigns
• Writing and distributing press releases
• Developing our presence across social media and managing the platform, ensuring our followers grow consistently and engage with content
• Assisting with imagery design and creating videos

You will be required to work from home initially until Government restrictions allow a return to our company offices located on St Asaph Business Park. At that point, there is likely to be a blended approach between remote working from home and office working, unless you’d prefer to work from the company offices full time. Either way, you will need to reside within a commutable distance of our offices. You will be supplied with suitable IT hardware and software to efficiently fulfil your role from home.

You will be employed on a permanent contract with full time working hours within Monday to Friday. Consideration will also be given to candidates who prefer part time hours.

About You:

• Proven experience within either journalism, PR or content marketing, gained within a commercial environment, preferably B2B
• Strong content writing skills with working knowledge of SEO
• Timely and accurate typing skills with a keen eye for detail, and an excellent standard of grammar and spelling
• Commercially aware, proactive and results driven
• Able to develop knowledge and pick-up IT systems and software quickly
• Strong analytical/numerical skills with an ability to interpret data
• Positive outlook, enthusiasm to learn and determination to succeed
• Confident and professional manner with exceptional listening and interpersonal skills

Ideally, you will also have a journalism or marketing qualification at degree or diploma level.
