Plasterer / Multi-Skilled Trade Operative

The Role – Plasterer / Multi-Skilled Trade Operative

This is a field-based role working at North Wales Housing properties across North Wales, where you’ll be responsible for providing a quality maintenance and refurbishment service to both occupied and empty properties within specific timescales in a manner that demonstrates a high regard for customer care, standard of workmanship and efficiency. This will involve:

  • Plastering
  • Joinery
  • Tiling
  • Bricklaying
  • Installing and repairing windows and locks
  • Decorating

You’ll be provided with and accountable for all the tools, equipment and materials you need, and you’ll ensure all appropriate paperwork and certificates are completed and submitted.

The Package

  • Salary of £26,654
  • Permanent contract, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 4:45pm
  • A company van for work purposes, and tools provided
  • Minimum of 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Our Requirements – Plasterer / Multi-Skilled Trade Operative

  • Proven experience of plastering, in addition to being multi-skilled
  • A recognised relevant qualification such as City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3
  • A full UK driving licence
  • A willingness (if required) to improve your Welsh language skills so that you are comfortable with everyday conversations in Welsh
