The Role - Resource Planning Analyst
Working closely with the People Planning Manager, your focus will be on making sure we maximise our PA resource to help ensure that service levels and KPI’s are reached in order to delight our clients. Your purpose is to make sure we have the right people in the right place at the right time to deliver strong service levels – keeping a close eye on real time activity to make sure we have cover in the right places.
You will be responsible for delivery of scheduling and supporting delivery of all people planning performance metrics as well as managing and monitoring planned absence so that we get the balance of a happy workforce and happy clients right.
You will also play a key role in the implementation of new resource planning software, supporting the balance between good productivity and a well-established happy culture and working environment we have at Moneypenny.

You will be employed on a permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week within Monday to Friday, based from our offices in Wrexham, North Wales.
