Accommodation / Reservations General Manager (Hospitality)
Superb opportunity for a professional with proven managerial, revenue management and marketing experience gained within either a reservations, hospitality or accommodation-based environment to join the award-winning Marine Holiday Park, a 4-star family run and family orientated holiday park which houses 515 caravans with superb facilities.
The Covid-19 pandemic saw us closing for a significant period of time, but we are now extremely excited to be back open and are getting busier by the day, which is why we are seeking to appoint an Accommodation / Reservations General Manager to join our vibrant team.
What will this role of Accommodation / Reservations General Manager entail?
Utilising your revenue management and marketing experience, together with your exceptional organisational and communication skills, you will lead the Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Bookings and Housekeeping teams whilst being responsible for the profit and loss of the hire fleet.
Your main focus will be on increasing the turnover and profitability of the sale and reservations of holidays, with capacity across the park to accommodate up to 750 people at any one time.
Working closely alongside the Directors, the Marketing Team and external agents, you will assist in ensuring that the constantly evolving sales and marketing strategy is highly effective, and all opportunities are maximised. Your main responsibilities and duties will include:

As the Accommodation / Reservations General Manager, you’ll receive an attractive salary plus bonus, level dependent on experience, and be part of a thriving family-run business within a professional and supportive team, where a fun environment and team events are encouraged.
You’ll be employed on a permanent contract, working annualised hours of 40 hours per week over 5 days out of 7, with start and finish times between 9am and 8pm in high season, therefore flexibility is essential. You must also be available to travel to the park out of hours if required.
Due to the nature of the industry, working hours will be reduced during winter months and annual leave will not be authorised during the busy summer months.
Location: Rhyl, North Wales, easily accessible by road and within 5 minutes of the A55.
