Our Company

Gamlins Law is North Wales’ leading law firm for commercial and personal legal services. Our team of 75 colleagues operate from 6 offices across the region. Due to rapid growth, we’ve moved to a newly renovated and refurbished HQ in Rhyl, which will create a vibrant community hub offering local businesses and charities flexible meeting and working spaces.

You’ll join our friendly team in one of our offices located in either Abergele, Denbigh, Holywell, Rhyl, Ruthin, or Mold, where you’ll receive the support and training you need to thrive in the role. We have exciting growth plans, and we want you to be with us on our journey.

The Role – Receptionist / Administrators

As the Receptionist / Administrator you will be the first point of contact for all clients, both face to face and over the telephone. Your duties will include, although will not be limited to:

  • Answering incoming calls and relaying through to the relevant colleague
  • Greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Inputting new enquiries and client information on to the system
  • Copy typing, filing, document scanning, printing, and faxing
  • Booking appointments and designating appropriate meeting rooms
  • Sorting incoming and outgoing post
  • Attending department meetings as required

Our Requirements – Receptionist / Administrator

  • Superb telephone skills with a professional and friendly manner
  • IT literacy including good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High level of attention to detail, along with timely and accurate typing skills
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Have a smart professional appearance
  • Confidence and ability to work with minimal supervision

Although not essential, experience gained as a Receptionist / Administrator would be advantageous.

The Package

As Receptionist / Administrator, you’ll receive:

  • A competitive salary, with the starting level dependent on experience
  • Permanent contract, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
