The Role – European Tour Coach Driver (PCV)

As a Tour Coach Driver, you are quite literally paid to tour the sights of Europe, including, but not limited to, Italy, Austria, Germany, Belgium and France. You will have a lot of autonomy during the tours, but some of your duties will include:

  • Driving our Tour Coaches on behalf of our providers, for trips such as winter ski tours that last approximately 5 days to a week
  • Assisting with the running of each trip, taking part in the excursions and activities
  • Interacting with passengers, ensuring they have an excellent holiday and positive journey
  • Ensuring the health and safety of passengers, whilst maintaining the cleanliness of the coach

As a Tour Driver you could reside in any part of the UK, as most of the time you’ll be operating away from base. Some members of our Driving Team live outside of North Wales, and our coaches are driven to meet them before beginning their tour. However, if you do live within commutable distance of our Llanrwst base, the following opportunities are also available to you alongside your primary role as a European Tour Coach Driver:

  • Local bus services, school transport, National Express and private hire. You’ll drive students to school or college, connect members of the local community via local bus services or take rail passengers to the next station to reconnect with their rail journey.

Our Requirements - European Tour Coach Driver (PCV)

  • Hold a full UK driving licence with the relevant Driver CPC qualification
  • Superb communication and customer service skills
  • Friendly, helpful, and professional manner
  • Flexibility towards working days / hours
