Accounts Administrator / Credit Controller

The Role – Accounts Administrator / Credit Controller

As an Accounts Administrator / Credit Controller, you’ll work closely with our Operations Director and assist with day-to-day accounting duties and general office administration. You’ll achieve this by:

  • Issuing customer invoices and inputting supplier invoices
  • Assisting with all accounts queries
  • Undertaking credit control tasks
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, answering the phones, taking messages, and welcoming visitors
  • Liaising with customers to schedule routine maintenance visits, and issuing customer maintenance agreements
  • Inputting data onto our systems

You will also have the opportunity to support all business functions, with full training and encouragement to learn and progress.

Our Requirements - Accounts Administrator / Credit Controller

  • Experience gained within a customer service or accounts administration role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Accurate and timely data entry skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage workload efficiently
  • Willingness to learn and support other departments

Although not essential, working knowledge of Sage 50 accounts software would be advantageous.

The Package

  • Starting salary in the region of £20,000 to £23,000, level depending on experience
  • Permanent contract, working full time hours 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Working from our offices in Mold
  • On-site free parking
