The Role – Customer Service Administrator

Working closely with and supporting our Talent Attraction Advisors, you’ll get involved with our team orientated culture where strong communication is high on the agenda, helping each other to overcome challenges and celebrate daily successes.

You will proactively be organising and managing a busy workload with frequently changing priorities and tight deadlines. Your passion and determination for accuracy will enable you to succeed in the role, with your focus on tasks such as:  

  • Uploading approved adverts to job sites
  • Scheduling social media recruitment campaigns
  • Answering the phone, providing a helpful and professional service with a smile
  • Administering testing services for employers
  • Managing multiple inboxes and responding to emails
  • Assisting Talent Attraction Advisors with a variety of administrative and phone-based customer service tasks

The Package

As a Customer Service Administrator,you’ll be working at our prestigious offices located on the New Vision Business Park in St Asaph, conveniently situated near to the A55. Our facilities provide the space to think, the room to grow, and the technology to innovate. Our people are at the heart of everything that we do.

You will have plenty of opportunity to reap the rewards as you establish yourself in our growing business and contribute to achieving company goals. Your efforts and achievements will be appreciated and well rewarded, as you benefit from:

  • Salary in the region of £20,000 to £23,000, starting level dependent on experience
  • Comprehensive training and support
  • Generous annual leave starting at 25 days plus bank holidays, rising incrementally with length of service to a maximum of 30 days plus bank holidays
  • Permanent contract with full time hours, working Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm
  • Company funded social activities and events

Our Requirements

Although welcome, no previous experience is required, as thorough hands-on training will be provided to enable you to succeed as a Customer Service Administrator in our busy team, although you will need to bring:

  • Accurate and timely data entry and typing skills
  • A high standard of grammar, spelling, and attention to detail
  • Superb organisational skills and able to work under pressure with frequently changing priorities
  • Good standard of computer literacy, with confidence and ability to quickly pick up new systems
  • A positive mindset and be solutions focused
  • Enthusiasm to learn, determination to succeed, and be resilient
  • Exceptional active listening and interpersonal skills, with an inquisitive mindset and a helpful, friendly, confident, and professional telephone manner
