Qualified Electrician (18th Edition)

An excellent career opportunity for a fully qualified Electrician with the ability to test and inspect, to join the small yet experienced and approachable team at GK Evans.
As a Qualified Electrician, a typical day will see you liaising with the Office Team to organise and plan your schedule before visiting client sites including caravan parks, offices, hotels, and residential homes across North Wales and North West England, to identify and rectify any faults.
You will occasionally be required to fit Intruder Alarm, Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting and Door Entry systems.
You will also be assessed by the governing body NICEIC to explore whether you can become the company’s Qualifying Supervisor, meaning you will be responsible for authorising all NICEIC certificates.
What will I receive in return as a Qualified Electrician (18th Edition)?
As a Qualified Electrician, you’ll receive a salary in the region of £26,000 to £30,000 level dependent on experience and qualifications, plus overtime when available and a range of benefits including company van, pension scheme, tablet and mobile phone.
You’ll be employed on a permanent contract with full time hours, working day shifts predominantly Monday to Friday, although occasional weekend work will be required to meet client needs.
