Bookings and Reservations Coordinator (Customer Service) – Permanent full and part time hours available

Roles available

We have multiple roles available within our Bookings and Reservations Team, where you’ll provide excellent customer service to holidaymakers and be the voice and face of our business by welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner. Roles available include:

Part Time Checking-In Coordinators who will be responsible for checking-in guests and making sure they feel welcomed onto the park. You will work part time hours, 16 hours per week, Monday and Friday, from 12pm to 8pm.

Full Time Holiday Sales and Reservations Coordinators who will work an annualised 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (hours based on a rota system to include weekends), with start and finish times between 9am and 8pm in high season. Duties for this role are as follows:

  • Receiving and processing bookings from inbound calls, emails, website and promotional offers
  • Preparing welcome packs for arrival days, using your excellent knowledge on the local area to provide customers with information on local attractions and points of interest
  • Issuing arrival and departure lists to the Housekeeping Team
  • Selling and booking guest holidays and upgrades, making outbound calls to convert bookings and follow up enquiries

What will I need to be considered for theseBookings and Reservations Coordinator vacancies?

Proven experience within a customer facing role is essential for all roles, along with a friendly, bubbly and approachable manner to deliver a positive and lasting impression on our guests and go the extra mile for them!

For the Full Time Holiday Sales and Reservations Coordinator role, you’ll also need to have:

  • An excellent and confident telephone manner
  • The ability to interpret customer requirements and make the best recommendations
  • Timely and accurate data entry skills

The Package

You’ll receive an hourly pay rate of £9 per hour, with a bonus scheme giving an OTE of £21,000 (pro rata if part time), and be part of a thriving family run business within a professional and supportive team, where a fun environment and team events are encouraged.

Due to the nature of the industry, working hours will be reduced during winter months and annual leave will not be authorised during the busy summer months.
