With 300 employees at the Flint site, it is a very fast-paced operation, with an impressive 500,000 ready meals being produced each week.

Responsibilities of the Role

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to work in our cold store environment assembling, selecting and picking customer orders on a daily basis.

Our Requirements

  • Fork Lift Truck Certificate would be preferable but not essential as full training will be given
  • Knowledge of stock controlling
  • Basic computer skills
  • Punctual, reliable and fully flexible
  • Highly motivated and able to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work to timescales and meet tight deadlines

You'll be working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, working from 7:00am to 19:00pm.
