Project Implementation Manager

Flexible working available with the option of 3-4 days work from home, and 1-2 days in the office near to St Asaph as needed.

ProAct International is a supply chain software solutions company that has been established for over 25 years, deploying unique and innovative mission critical enterprise solutions to a diverse and exciting client base, from global logistics companies to car manufacturers.

The ProAct Application is a unique application used across the supply chain logistics industry by customers across the globe. It is used in many different scenarios, from finished vehicle logistics, warehouse management to transport and freight management logistics.

Our 50 colleagues are at the heart of everything we do, and we are now seeking a Project Implementation Manager to join our dedicated, energetic, and passionate team.

The Role – Project Implementation Manager (IT / Software)

Reporting to the Executive Manager of Projects, as Project Implementation Manager you’ll be responsible for planning, designing, executing, monitoring and controlling all aspects of each project – ensuring that it is completed on time and to budget. This will involve clarifying any assumptions from the outset, creating a clear plan / timeline, informing team members of their roles, along with regularly reporting on progress and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout.

Your duties will include, although will not be limited to:

  • Developing and updating the project scope documents, as well as developing and reviewing detailed project work plans
  • Conducting regular status meetings with the Project Team, and presenting high level reports at Project Steering meetings
  • Monitoring the project progress and risk, in addition to the overall performance of Project Team members
  • Communicating with customers and effectively managing relationships
  • Complying with the relevant requirements of ISO 9001
  • Assisting, advising, and supporting team members

Our Requirements – Project Implementation Manager (IT / Software)

  • Proven experience within a similar Project Implementation role
  • Working knowledge of producing project plans using Microsoft Project
  • Ability to manage multiple and large scale projects
  • Confident communicating at all levels of the business
  • Superb leadership and people management skills
  • An awareness and appreciation of Health and Safety policies and procedures

The Package

As the Project Implementation Manager, you’ll benefit from comprehensive training and support, and excellent career progression opportunities, along with:

  • A salary in the region of £30,000 to £40,000, dependent on experience
  • Annual leave rising to 25 days plus bank holidays through length of service increments
  • Company pension scheme
  • Permanent contract with full time hours, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, with flexibility required to meet business and client needs

Due to current government guidelines, you will be required to work from home initially, with the occasional visit to the office currently in Denbigh (North Wales) when needed.

Once restrictions ease, we will be relocating into our new and modern offices near St Asaph in North Wales, at which point you will benefit from our Flexible Working Policy with the option to work 3 or 4 days from home and 1 or 2 days in the office as needed.
