What will I be doing as a Production Operative?
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, as a Production Operative you’ll operate various machinery on the production lines and make sure all timber products are of a high standard and quality before being delivered to the packing stage of the process, which you will also play a role in.
You’ll work with a range of machinery, and be required to spot issues, troubleshoot and problem solve effectively. Full training on how to safely operate machinery and complete manual handling tasks will be provided.

What will I receive in return?
As a Production Operative you’ll receive a salary of up to £18,784 (in line with national minimum and living wage), plus plenty of opportunities to progress into various areas of skilled and senior operative work.
Contract: Permanent, working full time hours, Monday to Thursday 7am to 4:30pm, and Friday 7am to 3:30pm.
