Neighbourhood Housing Manager

  • Permanent contract, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:00pm (some flexibility with start and finish times)
  • Hybrid / flexible working options, enabling you to combine working from home and our offices in Llandudno Junction or Bangor as required
  • Minimum of 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays

The Role – Neighbourhood Housing Manager

You’ll be responsible for leading and developing the Neighbourhood Housing Service and Team, planning, and implementing our approach to providing services. To do this you’ll need to:

  • Develop, deliver and review the Neighbourhood Service Plan which strives to continually improve our services
  • Contribute to the development and review of service standards across all of the Housing Management functions
  • Lead the team in delivering an excellent Allocations service for customers
  • Promote a performance culture within the team, setting and delivering targets which are informed by data and customer feedback
  • Lead the team in delivering effective responses to Anti-Social Behaviour within our communities

Our Requirements – Neighbourhood Housing Manager

  • A recognised professional qualification in Housing and/or relevant housing management experience
  • Superb leadership skills
  • Ability to monitor performance and to meet deadlines and targets
  • Full, clean driving licence and car available for work use
  • Ability to attend some out-of-hours meetings 
  • Ability to represent the Association with external agencies  
  • Demonstrate competent IT literacy including Microsoft Word and Outlook
