Sales Administrator – Working from home initially.

Lodge Initiatives is a well-established, fast growing business specialising in the wholesale of automotive parts across the UK and Europe. For over 15 years the company has been supplying parts from the world’s biggest manufacturers and European motor brands.

We’re a results-driven organisation, with a positive company culture, and we have exciting plans to launch new approaches to the market in 2021. We take care of our colleagues as much as our customers, and there are plenty of opportunities for career progression.

The Sales Administrator role

Working directly for the UK Sales Manager and also closely with the wider Sales Team, you will be at the heart of keeping everything organised and up to date, with a variety of duties ranging from invoicing, raising purchase orders and following up outstanding orders, to liaising and pro-actively selling to a wide cross section of existing and new customers.

You will also be interacting with suppliers and be responsible for arranging freight transport for goods to our customers in the UK and from our suppliers in Europe, updating order progress with colleagues, customers and on our computer systems.

The Package

As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be part of a growing and profitable business where you’ll be given the autonomy and support to deliver and reach your full potential, along with:

  • A salary of £22,000, plus monthly performance-based bonus scheme
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Your efforts and performance will be noticed and rewarded, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility within the business as you excel in the role.

You’ll be employed on a permanent contract, working full time hours, 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, from our offices in Sandycroft (Flintshire, North Wales), conveniently located near Chester, the Wirral, A55 and the M56. Although, you will be required to work from home initially due to current restrictions.
