At Cyfle, Barnardos Cymru we are looking to recruit an experienced part - time service administrator to provide administrative and financial support, working 29 hours per week within our Care Leavers service and our Children and Young People's Substance Misuse service.

The Service Administrator role is a varied one and includes the following as essential criteria;

  • Support with premises, H&S and facilities management.
  • Providing support with financial management, budget preparation, including petty cash.
  • Liaison with agencies such as schools, CAHMS, social services etc.
  • Undertake data input and production of data for management.
  • Administrative support to the team.
  • Using a wide variety of IT applications.
  • Proven office administration skills.
  • Experience of service user records administration.

We are therefore looking for someone with:

  • Ability to give good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Extensive experience with IT packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Excellent team working skills.

Although this contract has a permanent status, please be aware that this post is subject to continued funding and therefore should this funding not be extended further, you may be subject to a redundancy consultation or a TUPE arrangement.
