The Role – Customer Service Enquiry Officer
We have multiple vacancies available for customer service superstars to join the team taking calls for a specialist client of Moneypenny. You will be part of a dedicated team of 35, where you will represent the client as though based in their office, striving to impress every caller and making the most of your amazing customer service skills. Ideally you will have experience of handling complex calls, cases and data in a busy working environment, although this is not essential as full training will be provided.
The Package
You’ll be working in an über friendly environment in our office in Wrexham (North Wales), where you’ll also receive full training to flourish.
As a Customer Service Enquiry Officer, you’ll receive:
You’ll be employed on a permanent contract, either working 4pm to 8pm, Monday to Friday, and 1 in every 4 Saturdays (9am to 1pm), or 11:30am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, and 1 in every 4 Saturdays (9am to 1pm).
