Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday

Location: King Street, Garston, Liverpool, Merseyside, L19 8EG

What you'll be doing;

• Weighing in drivers
  
• Driver Inductions
  
• Completing driver paperwork
  
• Raising work orders on salesforce, and printing job tickets.
  
• Updating Weighbridge Tracker from production log with details of loads in and out including commercials.
  
• Raising purchase requisitions on workday.
  
• Confirm sales work orders on salesforce, including invoicing and resolving invoice disputes.
  
• Organise and communicate purchase order requisitions and comply with purchase ordering procedures
  
• Manage purchase order receipting for service contracts
  
• Dealing with and resolving supplier invoice issues
