As an Early Career Teacher, you will:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and inspire young learners.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing targeted support where needed.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching and learning.

• Participate in professional development opportunities to further your skills and knowledge.

• Teaching all areas of the primary curriculum.

• Maintaining discipline in the classroom and ensuring a safe learning environment.

• Marking work and providing feedback to pupils and parents.

• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting the school's values.

• Engaging in the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS.

• A genuine passion for teaching and making a difference in the lives of children.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to work well as part of a team and build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
