We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Professional Development Consultant.
As a key part of our small commercial team, you will design and deliver training courses and qualifications across a range of subject areas to an excellent standard.
Successful applicants will have subject knowledge within the areas of Leadership & Management and/or Coaching & Mentoring and/or Education & Training.
The position combines both face-to-face and online delivery methods and is home-based (field-based) with some expected travel to visit clients within their workplace, therefore the ability to travel is essential.
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 (FTE) per annum PLUS a Welsh-speaking uplift.
