Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing mechanical systems for various building services projects. This involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable designs that meet client requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce mechanical designs for building services, including HVAC, plumbing, and energy-efficient solutions.

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit.

• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet project goals and regulatory standards.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation aligns with project specifications.

• Provide technical advice and support during the construction phase to ensure successful project delivery.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to deliver innovative solutions.

Skills & Experience Required

• A minimum of 5 years experience in mechanical design within the building services sector.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and sustainable building practices.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services is highly desirable.
