Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of mechanical design engineering projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into complex projects.
  • Conduct thorough analyses, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to inform design decisions.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Actively participate in client meetings, contributing innovative solutions and ensuring project requirements are met.

Preffered Skills & Experience:

  • Progressive experience in mechanical design engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other relevant engineering tools.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, sustainability practices, and energy-efficient design principles.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex engineering challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
